Rose Carbon, Mortuary Assistant at St George's Hospital has been taking part in a virtual fundraiser to challenge herself to do 20 push-ups a day for the entire month of November.
Rose started working for St George's this year and has been working in a department of just six people.
Rose told St George's Hospital Charity that managing COVID-19 has been 'incredibly tough and stressful'.
All of the money raised from the challenge will be given to the St George's Hospital Charity to help support businesses.
She said: "It has been a wonderful hospital to work for, and even though we've been plummeted into another lockdown, I wanted to raise what I could for the charity to go directly back into the hospital to wards and departments that need it most.
"I love what the charity stands for and it's so wholesome to see the practical benefits other people's fundraising has done for the hospital."
Given that gyms and clubs have closed, she also says this challenge is incentive for herself to get more active over this lockdown period.
A spokesperson for St George's Hospital Charity said:
"All the team at St George's Hospital Charity are cheering you on Rose.
"We can't thank you and your team enough for your hard work, resilience, and absolute dedication to making a real difference to the lives of many patients and their families at St George's Hospital."
