Woman pleads 'not guilty' after seven children hit by car outside Earlsfield school

A Wandsworth woman has pleaded not guilty to dangerous driving following a collision with seven children outside an Earlsfield School last September.

Four adults and seven children were injured after being hit by a car that mounted the pavement outside Beatrix Potter Primary School.

The collision happened at the end of the school day.

Two children were discharged at the scene while the other nine pedestrians were taken to hospital.

Luckily none of the injuries were life-threatening.

Wandsworth Guardian reports that Dolly Rincon-Aguilar, 38, pleaded 'not guilty' to eight counts of causing injury while driving dangerously.

It is understood that Dolly Rincon-Aguilar will appear in court again on June 29th.
