Two arrested in Tooting as police seize 1kg of cocaine worth over £40k

Two people have been arrested for possession with intent to supply in Tooting.

Intelligence received by police in the Violent Crime Taskforce led officers to stop the vehicle pictured on Deeside Road.

As a result, more than 1 kilogram of cocaine worth over £40,000 and a large quantity of cannabis was seized.

In a tweet officers in the Violent Crime Taskforce wrote: "Recent intelligence led officer to stop this vehicle on Deeside Road SW17.

"Resulting in the recovery over 1 Kilogram of suspected cocaine worth over £40,000 & a large quantity of cannabis. 2 arrested for Possession with intent to supply!"
