Hundreds of students from Graveney School have gotten into university following A-level results day yesterday.

The school's principal, Cynthia Rickman, has praised the staff and students for their "resilience" in this difficult year.

In total, 329 have been confirmed into university, with 305 going to their first choices.

Out of these, five will be starting medical/veterinary courses and nine will be going to Oxbridge.

With the school having such a large cohort, all results were emailed to students this year and post results support has been done either by phone or via Zoom.

Cynthia Rickman told Tooting Nub News : "We're delighted with our A level results this year and we extend our thanks and congratulations to all our staff, students and parents for the resilience they've shown throughout this extraordinary and difficult year.

"To date, we can report that 329 of our Year 13 students have secured U

university places, including 305 at their firm/first choice and of these 5 will be starting medical/veterinary courses and 9 have places at Oxbridge."
