Tooting: What's going on at the Wheatsheaf this bank holiday weekend

The bank holiday weekend we've all been waiting for is nearly here - and if you're looking for something to do, The Wheatsheaf has plenty on.

If the pub isn't your sort of thing, why don't you pop to our What's On page and have a look at some of the events available in the area.

And if you know anyone running any events, or are running some yourself, you can click the black 'Nub It' button and submit your own event to the page, absolutely free. It only takes a few minutes and we also pick our 'Event of the Week' from the listings.

But back to the Wheatsheaf, here's what the popular pub has to offer over the next few days.

Friday

On Friday night there will be a DJ at the pub ready to kick off your weekend. It will be open until 1am so plenty of time to ruin your weekend ahead with a three-day hangover.

Saturday

So if you weren't up until 1am the night before or up for a real bender, there are bottomless brunch sittings before 1pm. Again, the pub will be closing at 1am.

Sunday

Okay, now it gets much more wholesome - time to turn it down a notch.

Sundays are all about the delicious roasts during the day and all about the famous quiz in the evening.

Monday

Full recovery mode now. A recovery brunch menu will be running throughout the day to help finish off the weekend.

Tuesday?

Not met anyone over the weekend? Well, there'll be one last chance on Tuesday with a speed dating event which will be running for those between the ages of 23-35.
