Tooting Photo of the Week: 'The perfect way to start a day'

Take a look at this amazing photo from @tootingcommondays on Instagram.

While on a walk on a recent sunny day, this photo was taken on our beloved Tooting Common.

Summer might be well on its way out, but this picture indicates it's not all doom and gloom if there are mornings like these to be had.

When we asked about the photo, @tootingcommondays - who preferred not to be identified - told us that she took the photo while taking an early stroll before work.

They said: "I took the pic on the bit outside the lido when you walk over from the pond.

"It was one of those mornings where I woke up early and as it was sunny, I decided to take a stroll around the common as it's the perfect way to start a day of working from home."
