Commuters from Tooting could be facing disruption on the Northern Line this weekend as plans for strikes are still on.
Tube drivers on the Northern Line - as well as the Victoria, Central, Picadilly and Jubilee - are set to walk out over changes to staff rotas with the start of the Night Tube.
Members of the RMT union are due to begin a number of 24-hour walkouts on Friday to coincide with the Night Tube, reports the Standard.
Many previous strikes have been delayed, however, a TfL source has said "not a huge amount has developed" since the action was announced.
The TfL say they remain open to talks with RMT but that there will be "severe disruptions" to services.
General Secretary Mick Lynch said: "We have made every effort in [dispute resolution service] ACAS and direct talks to resolve this dispute. But it is clear that LU bosses are driven solely by the bottom line and have no interest whatsoever in the well being of their staff or the service to passengers.
"No one has worked harder to ensure a safe environment for women on London Underground than the RMT.. While Tube bosses have axed staff and left stations routinely unstaffed, with all of the obvious risks, we have campaigned relentlessly for the front line, physical presence of visible staff on stations and platforms."
London's transport network could yet face more disruption over the festive period as another union – ASLEF – has said its members will strike over changes to TfL's pension schemes.
As a condition of the funding deal agreed with the Government in the summer, TfL is required to conduct a review of its pension schemes.
ASLEF's Tube organiser Finn Brennan has said there will be "hard-hitting and sustained industrial action across London Underground" if changes are forced through, though no dates have been confirmed.
Former TUC general secretary and current head of ACAS Sir Brendan Barber has been appointed to lead a "truly independent" review of TfL's pensions.
TfL commissioner Andy Byford has stressed that there is "no predetermined outcome" of the review and has said, "we'll report back in due course".
