While Wimbledon came to its conclusion over two weeks ago, there is still part of the tournament that lives on - and it's in Tooting.

So much preparation goes into one of the world's most famous tennis competitions, but what do they do with the things that outlast the tournament, such as the wonderful array of flowers they have?

Well, St George's Hospital Charity is one of the organisations to benefit.

Last week, Wimbledon's charity, the Wimbledon Foundation, could be seen dropping off many of their flowers at the hospital in the hope to brighten up the gardens for the hospital's residents and staff.

Manager of the charity, Wai Chan said: "We are delighted that Championships plants will be brightening up local outdoor spaces and enjoyed by over 20 charity and community groups."
