Tooting Common flooded after heavy downpour

It seems a brand new lido has been revealed in Tooting Common following a heavy downpour throughout the night (14 Jan).

The newly formed river leads from around the playground area, so be careful if you're planning a stroll!

One resident said: "Bang goes my afternoon walk to the coffee shop at the top of the common!"
