An incredible cluster of bees was spotted at Streatham Cemetery earlier this week.

Hundreds of bees were 'resting' on a tree branch in a stunningly scary clump.

Responding to the resident who snapped the picture, beekeeper Guy said: "Thanks very much for info. We had two big colonies which were very likely to swarm in the warmer weather this week.

"Very little that can be done now and sorry to hear that our bees are heading off to a new location. They will hopefully find somewhere more secure to make a new home in the next hour or two."

Residents have been reacting to the photo, one said: "That's incredible! Thanks for snapping and sharing."

The photographer added: "I'm sure they're quite docile but I didn't fancy getting closer for a photo."
