Tooting: 111 more bike hangars to be added in borough, but 'thousands more residents waiting'

666 new bicycle spaces are set to hit Wandsworth, however, Labour councillor Jo Rigby claims that more needs to be done - and fast.

This announcement, subject to a final consultation, will more than double the current amount of hangars currently in the borough.

Find out where they will be going and how to get one.

The popular Tooting Folk night will be returning in early September.

After nearly 18 months of no indoor shows for Tooting Folk, one of the organisers Alex told us of his excitement about returning and also lets us know about who will be performing in the first show.

Tooting: Bedford councillor says they want to 'put residents first' after leaving Labour

Tooting: Recycling in borough lambasted as resident asks for sacks five times without reply

Many residents within the borough have been experiencing an issue with ordering new recycling sacks, with one particular person having ordered on five seperate occasions. Each time nothing turned up, nor had he heard anything from Wandsworth Council.

Paula Walker, a Labour councillor, told us that she had many complaints and that residents want a new system.

Wandsworth Council also provided us with a comment about the situation.

Tooting: Comical shaming video released to try and catch fly-tippers

Wandsworth Council has released a comical video shaming a spate of fly-tips in Tooting.

Remarkably, the video shows not one, not two, but THREE fly-tips which happened underneath a sign which says 'NO FLY-TIPPING on a residential street in Tooting.

The hope is that people recognise one of the fly-tippers.
