'Potential weapon' seized by police in Wandle Park

Colliers Wood Police have seized a potential weapon during their patrol of Wandle Park yesterday (23rd November).

A bolt cutter was found and seized by PCSO Russell, PC Barbosa and PC Galvao.

The police team detailed the success of their weapon sweep on social media.

Writing on Twitter, a spokesperson for Colliers Wood Police said: "This potential weapon was found at Wandle Park, during our weapons sweep. One less item to commit crime off the streets, thanks to our officers."
