Head to Trevelyan House Surgery tomorrow (Wednesday January, 26) for your booster vaccine.

Head to the clinic tomorrow between 08:00-12:00.

In order to receive the booster you must be registered with a GP in England and have an NHS number.

You must also provide your vaccination card from your previous two vaccinations.

Attendees must be over 18 years old and received their second vaccine at least three months prior.

If you have recently recovered from covid-19 you will have to wait 28 days before receiving your booster.
