Buzz Bingo in Tooting gave out £100,000 the other day, as two locals won life-changing sums.

The winners, who both wish to remain anonymous, won £50,000 each after hitting the jackpot at Buzz Bingo on Mitcham Lane.

Neither of the winners had previously won more than £20 - and now they both plan on sharing their fortunes with their friends and family.

One winner says they will use the money to plan a family holiday, as well as settle any outstanding bills.

The other has promised to split the money with her friend, family member and business partner, while putting her money into savings for the future,

as Wandsworth Times report.

Jeevah, General Manager at Buzz Bingo Tooting, said "We couldn't be happier for our two lucky winners and their fantastic wins, everyone was cheering from their seats – it was such an exciting moment."

Chief Retail Officer at Buzz Bingo, Peter Brigden, said "The atmosphere in club when there's a big win is always incredible, and we're delighted to see two more Big Buzz Special winners scoop £50K, at Buzz Bingo Tooting.

"They were the 37th and 39th people to win this £50k jackpot since clubs re-opened in May, that's two winners a week on average which is incredible!

"Overall Buzz Bingo players win more than £2m per week in bingo prize money and have won over £2m in Big Buzz Special jackpots.

"It's great to celebrate a win and have the rest of the bingo community celebrate that too!"
