Summer is nearly over - and it barely feels like it even started.

It's been up and down weather-wise. Some periods of lovely sunshine but some other spells of cloud and rain.

Do not worry though, there's still going to be a chance to get yourself a serious suntan. Well, two in fact.

Tomorrow and Wednesday are set to be two absolute scorchers before the weather dips off after that.

Two days of 28 degrees in Tooting is what the forecast is saying, so if you haven't seen enough of Mr Whippy this year then now is your chance.

Here is the forecast for Tuesday September 7 - Sunday September 12, as per the Met Office.

Tuesday (September 7):

Oh yes. You'll do well to see a cloud all day here. There's just one thing on the forecast: sun. Here you can expect highs of 28 degrees Celsius, with winds that won't go beyond 16mph.

Wednesday (September 8) :

You may as well copy and paste Tuesday's forecast for this one. Another day of belting sun in early September. Again, highs of 28 degrees are predicted, however, there will be some stronger winds, with them potentially reaching 21mph.

Unlike Tuesday the 'feels like' temperature has dipped to 26 degrees at its peak, but it's still likely to be sunny throughout, apart from perhaps a bit of cloud at the end of the day.

Thursday (September 9):

Those clouds forecasted at the very end of Wednesday are likely to be the endpoint of the glorious weather. Thursday is expecting to have some dark clouds and some light showers at lunchtime. It is still quite warm though, with highs of 22 degrees.

Friday (September 9) - Sunday (September 12) :

If you were hoping that the boiling weather will stick around until the weekend, it is looking like it won't. Nevertheless, it doesn't look bad at all, especially as we're now in September.

Friday doesn't look great, with sunny intervals and rain forecasted throughout with highs of 22.

Saturday is said to be an improvement, with no rain but not too much sun either. Again, highs of 22.

While Sunday actually looks to be very nice indeed. No heat like 28 degrees, but sunny intervals are expected throughout the day at 22.
