Are you into art but haven't had the opportunity to get original pieces in your home? Why not attend this Sprout Arts event?

This week for our Event of the Week, we have the Sprout's ArtLoan event, which is perfect for anyone who's wanting some new art in their home.

This brilliant scheme allows for members of Sprout to borrow an original work of art for four months pay nothing. After four months, the artwork is then available to someone else or is sold.

Membership to Sprout costs £10 a year.

The event is happening from Wednesday (July 28) until Saturday (July 31).

Sprout Art's aim is to support artists and encourage local people of all ages and backgrounds to engage in creative activities and appreciate original art. Which is how we came up with our Community Art Loan initiative.

Our next Art Loan event will be at Sprout, 74 Moyser Road SW16 from Wednesday 28 to Saturday 31 July when all the available work will be on display and can be loaned, as long as you are a member.

We will be collecting and hanging the work on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday - we'd love to hear from supporters who can help us run this event - please email us if you can! We are planning to have get-together drinks and a chance to catch-up for all supporters, artists and Sprout members soon - please follow us on social media for details.
