Christmas comes early to Tooting Market as Santa promotes shopping locally

Christmas came early to Tooting Market this weekend as they welcomed Santa for a day of taste testing and promoting shopping locally in the area.
Santa Claus and his Elf are part of a touring show by Bounce Theatre to spread Christmas cheer and raise money for Earlsfield Foodbank.
The 'Dear Children' travelling play will visit over 200 houses and each performance will be different, with parents writing a line of the script.
A spokesperson for Tooting Market said: "We are incredibly proud to be supporting Bounce Theatre's initiative and supporting their fundraising for the foodbank."
Santa will be returning to Tooting Market on 23rd Dec for a Christmas sing-along and more festive cheer.
