Balham Nando's is one of many outlets which has been forced to close due to a lack of chicken.
Around 50 shops have been forced to close, including many around London such as Clapham and Dartford.
Tooting's store, however, remains open.
The restaurant chain said it had to close after it was impacted by staffing shortages at suppliers and a reduced number of lorry drivers.
On Deliveroo, all Nando's restaurants are currently not accepting orders. In a statement within the Deliveroo website, Nando's said: "We're really sorry, we've had to temporarily hit pause on delivery in England, Scotland and Wales but we're working hard to get things back up and running. Please keep an eye out for updates as we'll be back online soon."
Nando's also tweeted saying: "The UK supply chain is having a bit of a 'mare right now. This is having a knock-on effect with some of our restaurants across England, Scotland and Wales."
All closed restaurants across the UK are expected to open again on Saturday.
With many staff being required to self-isolate across the UK, food and supply chains have been struggling to operate.
KFC recently had to take certain items off its menu due to the disruptions, while dairy company Arla has had to cut back on deliveries due to lorry driver shortages.
From this week, fully vaccinated staff no longer have to self-isolate - a rule the government hopes will ease the pressure on staff shortages.
