Tooting police hoping to find owner of stolen bike wheels

Tooting Ward Police are hoping to find the owner of two stolen bike wheels after they were retrieved last month.
The wheels were dropped by the carrier when approached and quickly recovered.
A police spokesperson said: "Please lock front AND rear wheels when left unattended as it takes thieves seconds."
